1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MetrixLottoField ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Lottery Corporation Limited (ABN 99 081 925 662).

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform
• You must be a resident of Australia
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling through BetStop or any other program
• You must provide accurate personal information during registration
• Age verification is mandatory and is performed during the registration process

3. Account Registration

To participate, you must create an account providing your display name, email address, date of birth, and a secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each individual is permitted one account only.

4. Welcome Bonus

New players receive $15.00 in bonus credits upon successful registration. Bonus credits are subject to the following conditions:

• Bonus is credited automatically upon account creation
• Bonus credits may be used for gameplay only
• One bonus per person/household/IP address
• MetrixLottoField reserves the right to revoke bonuses in cases of suspected abuse

5. Gameplay Rules

• Players select 6 numbers from a pool of 1 to 42
• Each play costs $3.00, deducted from the player's balance before the draw
• Quick Pick is available for random number selection
• Normal and Turbo draw speeds are available; both use the same random number generation
• Winnings are automatically credited to the player's balance
• All draws use a cryptographically random number generator

6. Prize Structure

Prizes are awarded based on the number of matching selections:

• 6 matches: $3,000,000 (Jackpot)
• 5 matches: $50,000
• 4 matches: $1,800
• 3 matches: $30
• 2 matches: $3

7. Balance & Transactions

Your balance reflects all credits, debits, bonus amounts, and winnings. Transaction history is available in your Account Panel. MetrixLottoField is not a financial institution and balances do not accrue interest.

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

MetrixLottoField is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Lottery Corporation Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

12. Regulatory Compliance

MetrixLottoField is licensed by the Victorian Government Department and regulated by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC). We comply with all applicable Australian gambling laws and regulations.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
